Abstracts (Open!)

Abstract submission is open!

Students and postdocs/young researchers are strongly encouraged to submit an abstract for a short (15 min) oral presentation and/or a poster (yes, you can submit an abstract for both!). This is a great way to enhance the interactions with the lecturers and speakers. The presentation can relate to recently published work, to work in progress, or to the PhD or postdoc project.  

To submit an abstract:

The preferred format is LaTeX, but DOCX or TXT is OK. The preferred length is less than one page. Otherwise, you are free for the rest. You can also include figures!

Two alternatives

1) PREFERRED: send your abstract directly to patrick.lefevre@univ-rennes.fr.

2) Or create first an account (login and password) using the "Login" menu on top of this page. Once you are logged-in, you will have access to the "Submissions" page under "My Space" menu. Just ignore any fields that are not clear -the organisation of sessions will be decided based on the abstracts received. Only the abstracts of duly registered participants having paid their registration fee will be considered.

Deadline for abstract submission: September 1^st 2025.
